Need info for 10/100 Ethernet Controller with 10/100 PHY for interfacing with NXP ARM Microcontroller.

Did you try LANC911?

for embedded systems this is lower cost and smaller for 8bit app. ENC28J60 from microchip.

ENC28J60
This Ethernet controller is really very nice only 28 pin PDIP or SMD package available.
For Hardware point of u also.It is interface through SPI interface so hardware requirement reduces.Microchip peoples are providing TCP/IP stack also.U get referance designs also.

It took me a couple of days to understand ENC28J60 and implement Microchip TCP/IP stack. The implementation process is very straightforward, no problems at all. The Microchip stack was easy to configure (just editing a couple of header files). Unfortunately, the stack is optimized for PIC MCUs and for Microchip C18 and Hi-Tech PICC-18 compilers only. You have to find an ARM TCP/IP implementation yourself.

Remember that ENC28J60 is only 10Base-T.
