The picture shows the frequency spectrum of a VSB AM television broadcast with 5.5MHz analog sound carrier and a NICAM signal centred somewhere around 5.8MHz.
It looks like one of the European standards (until digital switchover!), I'm not sure which but it isn't the UK standard.
