If u have installed Code composer studio software, then u can access manuals abt c64x which is available in Help->User Manuals

For CCStudio3.1, it doesnt has c64x doc inside, can you double confirm the version of the CCstudio has those files?

Hi,
There is no specific documentation for 64x.
It comes in the part specified in C6000, where in c62x/c67x/c64x are explained.
Wherever difference comes, its explicitly specified.....
