Hello Members
i need your help. i need some 3 phase VFD controller IC, is there any such IC is available in the market ? i don't want to program. i just need dedicated controller which can produce the signals for the gate of the mosfets. Kindly guide if such dedicated IC is available. Thanks.
 

The product is stopped. Do you have any alternates??
