Hi there,

please suggest me a good ebook which handles the themes Mold compound (properties and influences to the properties), mold process and problems that can occure duing the process.

Further i´d like to learn more about package design and criterias to determine which compound fits my needs best.

Most major assembly factories have data on pacjkaging and moulding
Fro example :

Also search out STATS, CARSEM etc.
