It is a home made FM transmitter based on transistors BF981 (generator, separator) and 2n4427. Main assumption of the project was to design a device which not only operates properly, but also looks aesthetically. Capacitance diodes BB809 used in this project are very good, although they are not easily available.
The device operates very stable with power dependent on supply voltage of the final transistor.
Standard application on SAA1057 was applied in this project.
The transmitter power at 12V is approximately 300mW.
The display can be improved, so high frequency could be derived by a minimum of cables.

Classic design.. Consider 50% less solder needed next time but heavy parts may need PU adhesive on comp side.

Consider BB187 more readily avail. Varactor diode. with 11:1 ratio and good matching.
