Can anyone guide me how to apply method of moments on a microstrip patch antenna theoretically? Any supporting documents or detailed elaboration from where to begin and where to focus would be appreciated
 

You could try the following books:
- Antenna and EM Modeling with Matlab
- CAD of Microstrip Antennas for Wireless Applications
