Hi guys,

I get lvs clean before exporting the gds file. However, lvs cannot recognize any port after exporting.
I tried to add pin in both "pin" and "drw" mode with lables.
I also check the calibre.lvs file, there is "LAYER PORT TEXT".

What may be the cause?

What I like to do is save a copy of all the placed pins on
the topcell, from the source CAD system, before I export.
Or if you have it handy, that's good.

Now when you stream it back in, you can copy those pin
objects back on top of the topcell layout, and pins should
be as-was (but the layout is now fixed geometries).

But I don't know Caliber and you might have some other
issue (like Caliber doesn't like Cadence pins and wants
some sort of intermediate massaging, even if you had put
them back after streamout stripped the properties).
