low cost V-Band power detector
Hi everyone,
i need to develop a RF Power Detector working at 61 GHz with signals -50~0 dBm.
I will use the classical structure based on diode and a low-pass filter.
But i'm also considering a transistor based detector.
My main problem is the price that should be cheap... (and without bonding)
I have good experience with the diodes Areoflex Metelics MZBD-9161, but they are too expensive...
Do you have any suggestion/experience?
Thanks, in advance, Francesco
