Loop antenna design for 100. kHz

Using Loran-C as frequency standard means to lock the local oscillator to the pulse period, not the carrier frequency. To achieve respective timing accuracy, the loop antenna and receiver must have large bandwidth. The antenna circuit will have respective low Q and the wire resistance isn't very important. Litz wire is probably useless.
