You need to visit
h**p://www.misra-c2.com/
and purchase the book
'MISRA-C 2004
Guidlines for the use of the C language in Critical systems'
The hardcopy is £25 or you can download a pdf for £10.
The book contains 141 rules, some required, some advisory. The rules are explained in the book. Then you need PC-Lint (Gimpel) to statically analise your code and check for Misra compliance.
You dont need a course, the rules are pretty straightforward. A bit over the top some of them.
The book is a good deal and well worth having.
Misra are very protective of the rules and will sue if they are published without their license.
Thats why you wont find them easily on the net.
Code has to be Misra compliant if you are in Automotive.
