I have develop USB thumb drive using OTI 6828 controller i looking for the device driver with source code can any one provide me the souce code or any link

I have dead usb flash drive on OTi-6828, but not burnt out. I want to bring it back to life. So is it possible to reprogramm it? How can i find out what's wrong with it?
