low pin count arm9

I'm looking for a low cost ARM9 - with low pins count - under 200 pins, not BGA,
don't need any fancy stuff like A/D, I2C, keyboard interface, onboard flash or memory.

must have Ethernet w/Mac, high speed (70 to 200Mhz), woudl be nice to have USB

Any recomendation - or should I re-visit ARM7

Ooops Elcielo
Query for *STR9* on the ST.com website returns:
"This query has produced no results."
There are lots of STR7 but that was not really the question.

I checked the usual suspects such as ST, Atmel, Philips, OKI, very few Flash devices and non of the Flash devices I found would be available in a non-BGA package.

Duh - I did look at this chip yesterday at ST web page, but they were showing a
BGA version. BGA just turn me off for our applications.

But now that I re-look at the data-sheet, it could be a low cost
project.

But then visiting a couple online distributors, and STM web site
I couldnt find any available silicon. I guess it exist on PDF document
at the mment.
