i m just start with ADC data converter...reading many books but still confuse with internal transistor level circuit of different ADC architecture.. any one suggest me regarding SAR ADC internal structure like comparator,S/H circuit, SAR register... what is exactly logic of SAR register , m not understand...
n circuit of SAR register..

any one have idea on.some good book..regarding ADC architecture n specially SAR function...replly me..
