List of all stuck-at faults targeted by transition fault patterns

How can I get list of all stuck-at faults targeted by transition fault patterns in TETRAMAX?

Please let me know the commands for the same.

Hi All,

Just for curiosity, I wanted to know how to differentiate stuck-at faults generated from TR patterns.
Now, I am able to get list of the stuck-at faults targeted by transition fault patterns using the steps below.

1.Generate TR patterns. //Fault model - transition.
2.Write faults -all.
3.reset_all.
4.Run DRC with fault_model - Stuck-at.
5.Read TR faults. // Here,you need to replace "str" with "sa1" and "stf" with "sa0". O/w tool will not be able to read in the faults.
6..Write faults -all. //This fault list is the stuck-at faults targeted by TR patterns.
