CDMA is not just a modulation scheme so you do not have simple transmitters or receivers for it you need complete CDMA module for the purpose. Qualcomm is the main CDMA chipset manufacturer. go to

or get complete modules from

but cannot we use some method for cdma and then just transmitt it using bpsk or qpsk?
