It is a design of LED panel which can be made at a relatively low cost. One of the assumptions was that the power loss are minimal, and the scope of operation temperature – maximal.

The panel consists of 7 lines, 48 LEDs in each. Assembly of the individual LEDs are the base of low cost of the device. Each line lights on drivers MBI2056 in maximal speed. Power 3,3V is adjustable to select the voltage slightly over the value of fulfillment of the drivers. The line current is close to 3A.

Multiplex of lines is implemented on transistors IRLL2705 and TC4426. Supply +5 and +10 are carried out on LM2594M-5.0. Interface RS458 was to collect information of what should be displayed on the panel.
