The LCD controller merely outputs onto the LCD values stored on its internal RAM. To achieve your center alignment, there's no other way but to calculate the required offset and feed the string accordingly to the lcd controller. There's no convenient function you can use.

which language and which processor do you want to use?

best regards

LCD can only display the received string of characters.
It is necessary to add software extention to the microcontroller that transmit the text string to LCD.
If for any reason it is not possible you can add an extra microcontroller between tha device that transmit texts and the LCD (an intelligent interface)
This additional microcontroller should simulate the LCD input, accept the text string, calculate the number of characters, add appropriate number of spaces in front of the string and transmit the NEW text string to LCD.
