Layout routing over capacitors

I am using Poly Cap in my design, I need to ask if it is allowable to route some connection over the cap area (using MET2)

Almost certainly; however quantifying any impact
of plate-trace coupling is on you.

It shouldn't be a problem. But if you are talking about matched capacitors, make sure you do the same routing over the other matched caps too.

it's depend on signal type of your routing.
if it's enable signal, it's fine. if it's analog or clock or continuous signals, you shouldn't.
