Hi,
I sent this off to a transformer winder to ask if it was manufacturable, but have no reply.......is there something wrong with it?....

Code:
Dear Consultants at xxxxxxx,
I hope this finds yourselves well.
Currently I am designing/building a prototype 2kW offline SMPS for a company.
I would be most grateful if your office could advise on the manufacturability of the following LLC transformer?
I would predict eventually placing orders for these, and volumes are predicted high.
It uses an ETD59 ungapped core set from TDK. (Please find picture attached)
Structure is Np1_Ns1_Ns2_Np2
Np1 and Np2 are in parallel and “sandwich” the 2 separate secondaries, for low as possible leakage inductance.
Np1 is made of 2 strands of 7/0.16mm TEX-ELZ (26 turns)
Np2 is made of 2 strands of 7/0.16mm TEX-ELZ (26 turns)
Ns1 is made of 3 strands of 7/0.3mm TEX-ELZ (11 turns)
Ns2 is made of 3 strands of 7/0.3mm TEX-ELZ (11 turns)
There is full mains isolation between Pri’s and secondaries. (3500VAC for 1 second)
Use standard ETD59 former. N87 ferrite or equivalent.
100kHz operation.
Vin is 400Vdc, Vout is +/-160V
Please forgive the rough description.

Please could you possibly quote for initial prototype x1?
Also, please quote for 1000 pieces?
