Hello Folks

I am designing ARM Core M7. While doing physical designing I came to know my college doesn't have RedHawk and .cir library both.
How can I perform then IR drop analysis then?

Please help!! I need to do analysis for my thesis. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Do you know how much current (DC or average) is drawn by each block?

No, that I don't know. Can you please tell me the procedure?

Engineers are using different techniques - SPICE simulation, digital simulation, hand estimations, etc., to find the currents.
Once you know the currents, you can use IR/EM tools or other tools, to analyze and verify voltage drop and current densities.

Thank You so much timof. I will give it a try. If problem persists, will seek you help again :)
Hope you won't mind.

Maybe you can use other tools from other vendors. ICC and Innovus can do this analysis too.
