IOL/IOH in the datasheet ?

hello
what do the IOL/IOH stand fo in the datasheet? is it the cuurent that the ic can sink an source?
 

IOL = Current Output Low
IOH = Current Output High

Those are the currents when output of the digital device is low or high. That much current can be sourced or sinked by the device.
