Interfacing NIOS with FPU

I have an classical FPU with 68K interface. Would like to interface with NIOS instead of 68k. Any pointers how to do so
 

The first what you have to do is to read both datasheets regarding signals. Type of signals, voltage levels, timing...
Then start to draw a schematic.
