interfacing MCP3002 TO 8051 problem

I use the 10-bit ADC "MCP3002" interfaced to AT89s52(using serial communication) to read the voltage changed using a variable resistance 1k ohm.

it reads 0V,and 5V but in between the value is not correct and i don't know the reason for that.

attached MCP3002 datasheet, c code, pcb.

Its look like a noise problem

Please add some ceramic 0.1 & 0.01 uF capacitor on the ADC power pin as close as possible

Please upload schematic diagram fof the circuit

i already add the capacitors but not ceramic and the schematic is uploaded thanks for reply
