Dear all,

I have been trying to extract the input impedance (from s11 parameters) of a simple single stage rectifier as a function of input power (-20dbm to 10dbm). Does anyone here knows how to couple these two measurements?

I tried to use Harmonic Balance with the small-signal option selected, but in the simulation output I did not get anything useful.

Any tip is really welcome!

Thanks a lot!

You should try LSSP ( Large Signal S Parameters ) simulation.
Or you can put a Iprobe.i at input then you may see input impedance as function of input power.
Like Vin/Iin..
