indcutor LVS problem

Hello everyone,
I have a problem with inductor recognition in LVS. I use UMC 0.13 technology and Calibre as the tool to do LVS.
The inductor in the layout cannot be recognized.
I tried to locate the error in the LVS rule file, but without success yet.
Anybody have a clue about this?

I don' tknow this technology but usualy you have to cover the inductor with some recognition layer - like inddummy.
For extractor it is just piece of metal - so you need to identify it.

the inductor I use is from the library
it should have all the recognition layers needed

indcutor LVS problem

do go through the PDK documentation...Inductors are special devices and there might be some guidelines for inductor layouts in the PDK doc...You may just get a critical point about inductors in the doc.

Is it possible the layout from the library is wrong?

probably yes if you got the kit version that is not up-to-date
