Implement Schottky diode on CMOS layout

hi!

i'm a little confused. i need to build a rectifier for a UHF input. my rectifier needs Schottky diodes but how do i do that on CMOS layout? i'm using cadence... :roll:

You have to check from process people ( those involved in the fabrication) that a schotky diode is supoorted or not.
 

It is usually straight forward for the Fab to implement, especially if there is a silicide process (0.25um and below)
