I Need a Little Help of Designing FIR Low Pass Filter Using Z Parameters MATLAB

Dear all,
I've searched and look for any information that would help to start doing such assignment. I was asked to design DSP processor - low pass filter using some blocks and parameters. The lecturer never tough us about using such tools. I hope to get any info about it guys.

well, i think i've managed to get it 70% done, but im still facing some problem,
what i did was, fdatool then i selected the filter "lowpass" FIR, then exported it to model, and i got the blocks then i added some blocks from library like source
and spectrum analyzer !! the problem is: when i simulate i couldnt get the Lowpass signal, its showed some weird signals !! any help ???
