i am a fresh man in analog circuit design. now i am designing a comparator , and i want to test its ICMR,but ,i dont kow how to ....

could anyone help me ?

Re: comparator

what type/s of comparator your using?^^
verify its specification
it is like an opamp, then just like to simulate ICMR of opamp with the negative input connected to output. make sure the input stage in saturation state:D:D:D

thank you

Re: comparator

what i think is tools like Multisim gives you the values for a simulation model you layout/design....

comparator

jacob backer's book has explainations on how to simulate similar things
