TESTING MOSFET

HI,

HOW TO TEST SI9948 MOSFET AS A COMPONENT. IHAVE TO TEST ITS PARAMETERS AS PER MANUFACTURER DATA SHEET.

CAN ANY BODY HELP ME HOW TO DO IT? WAHT EQUIPMENTS ARE REQUIRED??

Hi, are you testing to know if the mosfet is bad? All you need is your digital multimeter, the you select the diode sign, then you place you meter probes between the center pin and the last pin their will be a reading on the display and if their is no reading you reverse the polarity of the probe, but normaly the gate does'nt read any resistance between the drain or source, but if the mosfet gate is on the meter will display the RDS on.
