How to start learning FPGA, what tools to use?

I am new member and really i want to learn on FPGA

plz any body can help.

How i would start? where ? the tools in need?

First you should learn digital logic design and an HDL such as VHDL or Verilog. If you already know those things, then a good way to get started with FPGA is to buy an inexpensive FPGA development kit from Xilinx or _Altera or maybe from a third-party company. Here are Xilinx's Spartan-3 family starter kits:

When I try to access a virsu alert came from my antivirus system, it report:
