How to size a capacitor for an electric motor which is 3Φ so that it can run on 1Φ?

Hi! how do you size a capacitor for an electric motor which is 3Φ so that it can run on 1 Φ source? If you know some parameters and formulas please help or send to my e-mail bigjoe5263@yahoo.com. Or generally how do you size capacitors for electric motos?
