In order to find a suitable replacement you may use the online catalogs from various online shops.
If you don’t find a dual N&P channel MOSFET, try to use two complementary MOSFET transistors, one N-channel and the other P-channel. Search for low r_ds (<0.04ohms) , V_ds~ 40-50V, I_d> ~ 8-10A transistors.
