How to Reser PIN on Belgacom Maestro 350(Siemens) Corded Set

Dear Members...
Recently i bought a second hand corded telephone set. The set is of Belgacomm Maestro 350(Siemens). The set's settings cant be changed untill the pin is known, which i dont know. I opend the set, found a microcontroller in it..downloaded the data sheet for the controller , tried to short it , took out battries and everything i could think offf.. BUt to no use, the pin is still there and it does not reset...

Pls help what can i do to reset the pin so that i can change the settings of the phone.
