i m asking to do an assigment(PIC16F877-ASSEMBLY LANGUAGE) which the input is in analog 5-10V(potentiometer),
but the output that i want to show on the LCD rescale became 0.00-10.00(decimal number)...

may i know where can i start??
may i know that where can i get the tutorial about this kind of assembly code??

thanks..

u must first substarct from the input signal 5v so the inew input becam [0..5]v

HI

Make your measurement in mV - depend on the adc resolution, Divide the signal by 2 using a resistive divider and multiply it again in software

Use an accurate volatge refrance - and it all should work fine

All the best

Bobi

you can use two resistor as voltage divider
