Hi All

How to prepare Software Requirement Specification for micro-controller based design?

I understand that it is made in the beginning. I used to do the excel sheet for my clock requirement,memory requirement, Timer,CCR and DMA requirement and controller selection And all the configuration on these and document it.

Is this a part of software requirement specification?

Or the entire system design concept with UML state diagram all that is ?

What is exactly for embedded software requirement specification is?
