Dear all :

Does anyone know how to model transformer (spice model) ? And How to
measure it ? Thanks

in simulink matlab you could specify it
or in spice you should use verilogA

Hi,

Look at this app. note from Midcom :

h**p://www.midcom-inc.com/tech/pdf/TN69.pdf

Replace * by t

Real model is not a simple matter at all - why? transfomer in a non linear and with memory device.
So, how real do you want to be, is simple Freq domain is good for you? if yes then you can use a simple K model that you have in Orcad pspice, to as many Inductor as you need.
You can more comlicated models at the web; **broken link removed**

Hop that will help you.

I did more types of transformer model for spice, just let me know if you need more info.
