Hi
I'm designing a SA Latch comparator and I want to know the IRN and the power of it.
There are some documents that mention that you should sweep the input differential voltage in small steps and perform hundreds or even thousands of comparisons and then use a cumulative distribution function.
I am using Virtuoso from Cadence and I would like to know what is the proper process to determine these two parameters, the IRN and the power.

Periodic analysis is the way to go. On this forum and designers-guide should be enough materials how to perform them.
And of course in SpectreRF documentation
