Hi, guys.
anyone can help how to measure noise power by noise figure analyzer?
thanks.

What is the simulation tool for measure?
In hspice, you can measure the noise for AC analyzer by add a AC source.

Noise Figure is a metric for measuring the Signal to Noise Ratio degradation, when Noise Power generally is the total noise per bandwidth at specific frequency.
So, better than using a Noise Figure Analyzer is to use a standard Spectrum Analyzer and measure the noise power at particular frequencies in dBm.
If you want to measure the carrier noise power at specific offset in dBc/Hz use the following formula:
Noise power[dBc/Hz] = Carrier power[dBm] – Noise power@Freq offset[dBm] – 10*LOG(RBW[Hz])
