how to make jig test for 12vdc to 8.5 vdc?

- Generate 12VDC power for the board under test (with the possibility of turning this power on/off);
- Measurement of the output voltage (8V) of the board under test with and without a ~2A load;
- USB port for PC connection (JigaTool).
