How to learn skill in cadence enviroment ?

I want to learn skil m but does any one have some example, step by step that I can learn it . Thanks
 

Does cadence include any tutorial or demo?

If you have some basic scripts you can run directly line by line and for functions and its descriptions you can use startFinder() option from ICFB this will be the quick and easy understanding of this code

between you can find the Skill basic user guide doc and also the attached one
