How to generate an elf/dwarf file in Keil?

Helllo guys
I just started working with keil MDK-ARM and a LPC2148 development board , i want to simulate my project first in Proteus but i need an elf/dwarf file how to make this file generated by keil.?

Can you please send me the Library file of LPC2148 fr proteus ?
I am using LPC2148 in my project but want to simulate. So please help me for this
