I have 3 two month used old mobile phone batteries. All of them are 3.7 volt but their Ah ratings are different. 1350mAh, 1150mAh and 1100mAh.... I wanna use them for power supply in a robotic car to achieve minimum of 10 or 11 volts... But I don't know what is the best way to connect them together and how to make a charger circuit for them? Will it be good to charge them together or separately? pls suggest a suitable circuit.

Thanx to both of you. I have another question. What is the minimum safe discharging voltage for Li-ion batteries?
