I use LDR and Opamp automatic light like this image Untitled.jpg.

I want to connect this circuit with LED. So I'm not use Relay but I don't know how to connect LED instead Relay. I measure between pin C of BC549 and Vin it is 0V all the time. I measure pin C and ground it is 5V because Vin 5V to ground. I measure put across R 4.7k it is alway 0.8V and will be 3 V when dark. I measue between pin E of BC549 to ground it alway 3.7V and will be 6.4V when dark. I can't connect with pin E because it will alway bright and very bright when dark. I only want LED On and Off only. How to connect LED to op amp output ?

As per your diagram I have shown there how to connect LED.
But Transistor an base resistor of transistor is depend upon current of led.

The lousy old (46 years old design) 741 opamp output voltage cannot go low enough in your original circuit to turn off the transistor. The circuit will work if you use an opamp from an LM358 dual or LM324 quad.

The circuit posted by Deep might be showing a positive and a negative supply. It is missing an important resistor in series with the LED to prevent it from blowing up.
