How to cancel the 200Hz noise in the power plane?

Can't imagine, that the problem is specific to power planes. You may want to explain it a bit deeper.

hi,FvM,this problem is cause by i power on-off the power supply periodically
 

So it's most likely a problem of defective or overloaded power supply.
