a problem on ansoft HFSS
I am a freshman to use ansoft HFSS. For simulating a sprial inductor with two sroundings,how to assign the two wave ports? I define the whole cross sections of the 3-D model including the substrte, isolation and top air layers as the ports. But it seems odd and i am not sure it is right or not. So any one here can give me some advice? thanks very much!
