hi,
what is the relationship between the address bus and the clock frequency.

will the address bus will run at the same clk frequency or by a ratio ?

Re: how the address bus related with the operating frequency

For what processor?

Some fetch and execute one instruction every clock cycle and some don't.

Some run faster internally (and have internal caches), so the *external* bus runs much slower than the cpu core.

And of course most small microcontrollers have no external address bus at all, so there is no need to worry about it.

iam speaking for ADSP-TS201
