Dear all,

i want to design a ramp generator which has two comparator to generator the ramp signal.
Now, i have a problem. i want the total current of this main stage of the comparator as shown in the attachment around 800nA, i.e. not include buffer stage.

Is it possible to design?

The current of main stage will effect to the speed of the comparator. You need to consider your delay requirement? Actually 0.8uA is pretty small current for a fast comparator.
