How is this power ball of iphone made?

I saw many power ball online and they all can store some power and charge my iphone?
what is that inside exactly?

Lithium Ion battery connected to an iPhone dock connector. The USB cable is connected to the battery's charging input. Pretty easy to make one yourself.
 

Inside is Li-Po battery around 1500mAh capacity (depends from model and design), which is recharged over PC USB port or some wall adapter with USB port (5V), other side goes to device.
