Someone has spotted a cheap surecom-net router. It sells for less
than $50.

It has 4MB of SDRAM, 1MB of Flash... It has a JTAG port on board as
well. We only need to solder a connector in. Probably, the cheapest
ARM evaluation board around the town... However, it has a winbond
W90N740 (ARM7TDMI). The chip has 2 MAC built-in... Winbond refuses
to provide detail info about their chip. Only a reference manual is
publicly available.

There is no available ucLinux or other opensource OS that supports
it... I am not familar with the ARM architecture. But, really want
to evaluate ARM on a tight budget. I wonder if it is possible to
loading standard ucLinux on this, while leaving the non standard
functionality... In other words, how interchangable are between various ARM7TDMI?
